To establish and maintain a health and safety plan for COVID, schools should assess risk in three major areas: engineering controls, exclusion protocols, and behavioral modifications. This document provides a checklist of all major areas to consider in a COVID-19 safety plan for K-12 schools. Use the checklist to:
