Matt Morrissey

In over 13 years at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, Matt oversaw all functions from sales and recruiting to daily corporate operations including DevOps/IT, Learning and Development, Marketing and Business Partner Operations. A seasoned P&L manager, he was a key driver in seeing Medicus from start-up to one of the largest providers of physician talent in the country. Under his leadership the company was named Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts, Becker’s Hospital Review’s 150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare NH Business Weekly’s Best Places to Work (#3) and a spot on the Inc. 5000 List.

Prior to Medicus Matt spent close to a decade in IT staffing as a sales and operations leader focused on bringing talent strategies to the Fortune 100 down to start-ups, nationwide.

Matt is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He also studied at the University of London and holds an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire. He is certified in Competency Modeling, has taught classes at both Bentley University and SNHU and is an active volunteer for the Newburyport Pioneer League and Seacoast Youth Flag Football League.
